Tax ConsultancyBesides constant consulting in the area of the entire tax legislation for our clients for whom we carry out accounting services, tax consultancy services also include tax consulting for one-time users who need tax advice only occasionally. Our tax consultants provide advice to companies and natural persons and carry out preventive tax control and represent clients in tax inspection audits.
Our response time is short and our advice is promptly provided, because we have experts who cover individual tax areas.
Ever since the Group's establishment, our clients have included foreign companies and subsidiaries of foreign companies in Slovenia, therefore we have rich experience in providing consultancy to foreigners who do not have enough practice with the Slovenian legislation.
The area of tax consultancy comprises preparation of annual projections of profit and loss and tax result, serving for optimisation of the tax base at the year end. On the basis of our experience in optimisation of tax results our clients can make timely decisions on which actions to take, and thus legitimately influence their tax base.
Co-operation with major clients – which due to their specific and extensive operations need constant consultancy both in the tax and accounting area, as well as consultancy in the field of labour legislation – is carried out on the basis of a signed contract on tax consultancy, which specifies a tax consultant, responsible for covering the client's requirements.
