Accounting servicesWe offer our clients performance of accounting services at the seat of our company with the programme package of the VASCO company or upon agreement at their seat and with their software.
The accounting services comprise:
- chart of accounts and posting of authentic bookkeeping documents in accordance with accounting standards,
- keeping of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers of receivables and liabilities,
- keeping records of fixed assets and depreciation charge,
- keeping tax records for calculation of the value added tax,
- preparation of half-year balances and monthly reports for internal needs of clients,
- preparation of annual financial statements and income tax accounting,
- preparation of the accounting report for auditing purposes,
- monthly and annual reporting for the needs of the Bank of Slovenia, SURS and AJPES,
- co-operation in inspection reviews,
- informing clients about changes in legislation and consulting in the implementation of novelties.
The clients may opt for the entire accounting or only for part of it. With clients who have their own accounting department, we carry out regular monthly control of calculation of the value added tax and other reporting for external users, and we also co-operate in the preparation of year-to-year and annual financial statements, income tax accounting, auditing and tax controls.
We carry out once-off reviews of company's operations, point out any irregularities and suggest improvements.
